HIV Care & Support
If you are living with HIV, you do not have to manage your care alone. LCHC’s on-site HIV Clinic uses a coordinated medical home approach that supports both your physical and emotional well-being.
Our HIV care and support services include:
- Integrated care: Receive specialized medical care and connect with primary care and behavioral health services in one health center.
- Confidential counseling: Talk with a knowledgeable member of the care team about HIV, treatment options, and questions about your health.
- Case management: Get help coordinating appointments, understanding insurance, accessing medication, and connecting with community resources.
Our goal is to help you stay connected to care and make informed decisions about your health in a respectful, non-judgmental setting.
Tuberculosis (TB) Services
LCHC provides specialized outpatient TB care in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The TB Clinic treats and supports:
- People who have tested positive for latent TB infection
- People with active TB disease
- People who have been in close contact with someone who has active TB disease
Necessary TB medications are provided with no out-of-pocket cost to the patient. The TB Clinic is located on the Pearl Team at 269 Union Street in Lynn.
Need a TB Test for Work or School?
LCHC does not provide initial TB skin tests or blood tests for work or school requirements. Please contact your primary care provider or an urgent care clinic for initial screening, and call ahead to confirm that testing is available.

Sexual Health & STI Services
Sexual health is an important part of your overall well-being. LCHC provides confidential testing, treatment, and prevention services so you can ask questions and get care without judgment.
Testing is available for:
- Gonorrhea
- Chlamydia
- Syphilis
- Hepatitis C
- HIV
You can also ask a provider about HIV PrEP and doxy-PEP for the prevention of certain bacterial STIs. Your provider can explain how these options work and whether one may be right for you.
