Programs & Services

At Lynn Community Health Center, we believe in “whole-person” care.

We provide as many services on-site as we can, and partner with community organizations for many other care options.

Our primary care teams include board-certified physicians, behavioral health providers, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, social workers, educators, and care coordinators. Your providers work together to ensure that you get the best care possible.

For more information about our services, please see the list below. We are always adding new services and do our best to keep this list updated, but it may not reflect all your care options. Please talk to your primary care provider about your needs and concerns, and they will help connect you with the support to help you and your family thrive.

To make an appointment, please call 781-581-3900. If you are already a patient of LCHC, you may also sign up for MyChart, which allows you to request appointments and message your providers at your convenience.
