OCHIN EPIC/TriZetto Provider Solutions Data Breach Notice
Lynn Community Health Center was notified by OCHIN EPIC of a recent security incident involving TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS), an OCHIN Epic subcontractor, that affected certain protected health information for approximately 6,200 LCHC patients. TriZetto Provider Solutions promptly initiated an investigation, engaged cybersecurity experts, notified law enforcement, and implemented additional security measures.
The information involved varied by individual and did not include payment card, bank account, or other financial information. At this time, no action is required from you. Our goal is to keep you informed and ensure transparency. TriZetto Provider Solutions will notify affected patients directly and offer appropriate services to assistance.
