When you join LCHC as a patient, you can access your medical records online or on your phone through the MyChart website or Download the App.

If your children are part of the Lynn Public School system, care might be available directly onsite. We have “mini health centers” in 18 of the public schools in Lynn. Check our School-Based Health Centers page to see if yours is listed.

Snow Updates

 

  • On Monday, February 23, all on-site services will be closed, including Urgent Care, Pharmacy, and Lab services.
  • On Tuesday, February 24, on-site services will open at 12:00pm, pending weather conditions.

If you have an appointment scheduled for Monday or Tuesday morning, your care team will contact you to offer a telehealth visit or help reschedule. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

We will be keeping a close eye on weather conditions and will share any updates here. The safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and community are always our top priority.
