As we step into 2025, we’re reflecting on a remarkable year at Lynn Community Health Center — one filled with light, energy, and inspiration. From big milestones to everyday moments of care, 2024 was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we work together.
Our draft tallies for the year say a lot:

38 staff promotions – including 24 women of color rising into new leadership roles

160 student rotations and 713 FTEs powering our work

39,000+ patients served across 280,000+ visits

134,000+ prescriptions filled by our bustling retail pharmacy

$114 million in FY24 revenue to support our mission and fuel our future
We welcomed new leadership with the arrival of our CEO, expanded pharmacy services to support over 1,000 long-term care patients, and showed incredible adaptability — keeping dental care going even during an unexpected electrical fire.
Our outreach efforts grew stronger than ever. We launched a new medical outreach van to meet people where they are and opened our 18th School-Based Health Center at Pickering Middle School. We also brought vision screenings to Lynn Public Schools, ensuring more kids are set up for success.
Behind the scenes, we built the foundation for 2025’s inaugural Student Fellowship Program, which will welcome over 70 Lynn high school students into real-world health care experience. And our commitment to clinical excellence was reaffirmed with another successful Joint Commission accreditation.
