Please join us on May 12, 2016 for our fifth annual Women for Lynn Community Health Center Recognition Breakfast!  Invitations will be mailed next week, but tickets are available online now!  This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together and recognize those who have made significant contributions to promoting the health and well being of women and girls in our community.  We are pleased to announce this year our two honorees are Rose-Marie van Otterloo and Secretary of Health and Human Services Marylou Sudders.

Snow Updates

 

  • On Monday, February 23, all on-site services will be closed, including Urgent Care, Pharmacy, and Lab services.
  • On Tuesday, February 24, on-site services will open at 12:00pm, pending weather conditions.

If you have an appointment scheduled for Monday or Tuesday morning, your care team will contact you to offer a telehealth visit or help reschedule. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

We will be keeping a close eye on weather conditions and will share any updates here. The safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and community are always our top priority.
