2025-2027 Strategic Plan

Lynn Community Health Center has always played a vital role in advancing health equity and delivering high-quality, accessible care for all. As the needs of our community grow — and the healthcare landscape continues to evolve — we know that our strategy must evolve, too.

That’s why, over the past year, LCHC’s executive leadership team, in close partnership with our Board of Directors and staff, engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process. The result is our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan: a clear, actionable roadmap that positions LCHC for critical growth and long-term impact.

This plan is designed to do more than sustain the services we provide today — it’s about building a stronger, more resilient organization that is ready for tomorrow. It balances thoughtful investments in infrastructure with bold, mission-driven strategies that center on quality, equity, and innovation.

As part of this process, we also took time to articulate something we’ve long felt at the heart of our work: a formal vision statement.

While our mission remains unchanged — to provide comprehensive health care to everyone, regardless of ability to pay — we’re excited to now pair it with a clear vision that captures the spirit of who we are and where we’re headed:

This new vision statement was shaped with input from leadership, board members, and staff across the organization. It reflects our belief that health care should not only meet physical needs but also uplift the human experience — delivered with warmth, dignity, and joy.

At the heart of this plan are four strategic focus areas that reach across all departments and programs:

• Transformational Growth: Expanding our physical footprint, deepening partnerships with local organizations, and evolving our models of care to better meet the needs of the community

• Our Most Empowered Selves: Cultivating a strong workforce by attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional talent

• Centers of Excellence: Launching and scaling innovative services while driving operational excellence in every aspect of clinical care

• Remarkable Care: Ensuring every patient experience is efficient, empowering, and rooted in compassion

Each of these pillars is grounded in our mission to provide comprehensive health care to everyone, regardless of ability to pay — and aligned with ambitious goals for organizational performance and impact.

This strategic plan reflects the core values that define LCHC: Respect, Accountability, Teamwork, Compassion, Justice, and Excellence. It is both an investment in our internal capabilities and a renewed promise to the communities we serve.
